It is our honour to take your order at our shop; just visit our shop at Tsimshatsui East.

If an order is received by website, email or fax, we will confirm your order either by phone, email or fax before the order proceeds.

Customers do not have to register to place an order. We do request an email address so we can send out a confirmation of the order, as well as delivery confirmations and other pertinent customer communication.

We accept cheque for commercial account.

Delivery Information

Same Day Delivery
Same day delivery is for order placed and confirmed before 2:00pm (Hong Kong time) between Monday and Saturday. For order made after 2:00pm, same day delivery might still be possible. Please phone us at our service hotline (+852) 31151885 or email us to confirm the delivery arrangement.

Next Day
For order placed and confirmed after 2:00pm, delivery will normally be made on the next day.

Festive Seasons
On festive season, such as Valentine's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas and Chinese New Year, one day advance order is recommended, that would help us to ensure prompt arrival of your gifts.

 
Quality Satisfaction


Photograph
If you want and request a photograph of the flower arrangement at the time of ordering, we can email it to you, so that you can appreciate the beauty and the quality of the flowers.

Substitution

  • We only give the freshest flowers. Therefore, substitutions may be required depending on seasonal availability.

  • If a decorative item, such as a particular basket or vase etc, is not of stock, we shall substitute it with a similar item or element of greater value to make sure that your gift arrivs on time.

Sensation Flowers and Gifts Design guarantee satisfaction on all purchases. Any floral arrangements are guaranteed to be fresh ¡V and that is Our promise. If you are not completely satisfied, email a completed Customer Service Feedback Form to us or simply phone us on our hotline (+852) 31151885. Any complaint lodged will be brought to our discussion for further improvement. You will get our reply within 3 working days. Provision will be made by a free replacement in any dissatisfaction with the quality of your arrangement.

 
Refund Policy


Our return policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the floral arrangement, please phone, email or send a fax to us within 24 hours of receiving the floral item.

Perishable Items
We are unable to accept returns on perishable gifts. Any quality issues should be resolved with a re-delivery date.

Non-perishable Items
We do accept returns on non-perishable items, as long as the item is in resaleable condition. If you returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, we shall issure a gift certificate.
